Rapper Kanye West has made a comeback on Twitter, now known as X, just three days after his account was deactivated following a series of controversial and offensive posts. The 47-year-old rapper’s account vanished from the platform on Monday after he sparked outrage with sexist, homophobic, and anti-Semitic rants.
However, on Thursday, his profile suddenly reappeared, and the news quickly went viral, with his name trending on the social media site. Upon his return, it appeared that Kanye had deleted nearly all of his anti-Semitic posts.
His page now carries a ‘sensitive content’ warning for users without an X account who attempt to view it. The message reads: ‘Caution: This profile may include potentially sensitive content. You’re seeing this warning because they post potentially sensitive images or language. Do you still want to view it?’
Kanye’s account was deactivated on Monday after a shocking three-day spree of anti-Semitic, misogynistic, and racist comments. Before his account disappeared, the rapper, now known as Ye, thanked Elon Musk, the owner of X, for “allowing me to vent.”
