Renowned Nigerian dancer Kaffy has shared her thoughts on the ongoing separation drama between music icon 2Baba and his wife, actress Annie Idibia. Taking to Instagram, Kaffy posted a video where she emphasized her close relationship with both celebrities.
Rather than assigning blame, she encouraged the public to view their situation as a learning experience.
“I want to speak on the Annie and 2Face situation. I am not judging anybody, but we need a different perspective.
I am rooting for both of them because they are victims of their circumstances.
I know them well and won’t bash either of them. Instead, let’s give grace and pray for them,” she said.
Kaffy also shed light on the unique struggles male celebrities face, stating that they are often targeted during vulnerable phases in their careers. She pointed out that women sometimes play a role in their struggles.
“Male celebrities are usually under attack, and we women can be their biggest enemies when they are vulnerable.
Did any man plan to have multiple baby mamas? Both of them have experienced toxicity,” she explained.
She further added that despite 2Baba’s past mistakes, some women still send him direct messages, making it even harder for him to change. However, she stressed that this does not absolve him of responsibility and that he should seek help. Kaffy also used the opportunity to address the high rate of failed marriages, urging women to reassess their expectations in relationships.
“We need to ask: Why are over 60% of marriages failing? Some women enter relationships thinking they can change a man.
We need to stop! If we don’t want to be victims, we must do better. Women have so much power, but we often misuse it. The devil is winning; let’s work on ourselves,” she added.
