The Olowu of Kuta, His Royal Majesty Oba Adekunle Oyelude Makama, Tegbosun III, has called on Nigerians to support President Bola Tinubu‘s administration, emphasizing its commitment to building a better future for the nation.
In his New Year message, the monarch acknowledged the challenges Nigerians are facing, describing them as necessary sacrifices for long-term gains.
“As we step into the year 2025, I extend my heartfelt greetings to all Nigerians and commend the resilience, unity, and patriotism that continue to bind us as a people,” Oba Makama stated.
He urged citizens to align with the President’s vision for progress, inclusivity, and national development, highlighting the importance of unity and collaboration in achieving economic growth and effective governance.
“This is a time for reflection, renewed hope, and collective resolve to move our great nation forward,” he added.
The Olowu also expressed deep appreciation for the Nigerian Armed Forces and other security agencies, praising their unwavering commitment to defending the nation’s sovereignty and ensuring the safety of its citizens.
