Influencer Daniel Regha has shared an important message for parents, urging them to reconsider their approach when it comes to marriage expectations for their children. In a tweet on Wednesday, Regha advised against asking children when or if they plan to get married, emphasizing that such questions often have a negative impact.
He also addressed another sensitive issue, urging parents to stop disapproving of their children’s choice of partner based on ethnicity. Regha pointed out that the approach to relationships and marriage has changed significantly over the years, noting that the dynamics of the 1980s are very different from those of today.
Regha’s message read: “Dear parents, stop asking ur child(ren) if/when they’re getting married, and stop disapproving of any ethnicity. Such behaviour push people into making the wrong choices. Relationships of the 80s isn’t the same as the 2020s.”
