Nigerian social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), recently found himself at the center of an online debate after revealing that his NGO had received a massive N100 million donation from music mogul Don Jazzy.
Following this revelation, many social media users expressed skepticism and urged VDM to provide more transparency regarding his NGO’s activities. Critics were eager for more details about how the funds would be used and what the NGO’s operations entailed.
In response to the growing criticism, VDM took to social media to address the concerns. He shared a video explaining that he has developed an app designed to monitor and display the finances of his NGO. According to Otse, the app is open to the public, allowing anyone to view the account’s details. He reassured his followers that there is no hidden agenda behind the donation and claimed that he has been more transparent than anyone else when it comes to running an NGO.
