The reality TV star made the announcement on Instagram that she had given birth to a baby girl on February 21. Sharing a picture of herself and her newborn, as well as maternity photos, Nengi called her baby her “greatest blessing” and “heart in human form.” She also expressed gratitude to God, claiming that God had known that she needed her baby and affirmed her love for the child .
