Nigerian Christian filmmaker and evangelist Mike Bamiloye has claimed that scientists and world powers are working to create a “fake rapture” designed to confuse Christians and undermine their faith in the real rapture. Sharing his thoughts on social media, Bamiloye posted a screenshot from a Facebook post featuring images of two extraterrestrial beings with the caption: “The extraterrestrial invasion is imminent. It will take 10,000 people in 2025.”
Reacting to the post, Bamiloye warned of an impending deception aimed at Christians. He wrote:
“Even the scientists and the world powers believe that there is an imminent occurrence that would lead to the disappearance of many people.
They are trying so hard to give an explanation to it ahead of time.”
He alleged that technological advancements are being weaponized to mislead believers. According to Bamiloye, efforts are underway to perfect technologies capable of making people vanish without a trace, which could serve as a false narrative for the rapture.
“They are trying to invent a fake rapture to distract our preparation for the actual rapture. We have entered the season of great delusion,” he wrote.
Bamiloye also linked this alleged conspiracy to recent global phenomena, including reports of UFO sightings, strange sea creatures, and significant environmental changes such as water flowing in deserts and the drying up of the Euphrates River. He suggested these occurrences are signs of the end times.
Furthermore, he highlighted advancements in robotics and artificial intelligence, such as robotic clinics capable of developing babies and humanoid robots designed to replace human spouses, as part of a larger agenda to disrupt natural and spiritual order. Bamiloye concluded his warning by referencing ongoing pandemics and emerging diseases, including a new virus reportedly spreading in China and the UK, which he claims has been dubbed “Quademic.”
“Too many signs are pointing to the imminent sound of the trumpet for us to meet the Lord in the clouds at the rapture,” he wrote, urging Christians to remain vigilant and prepared.
