Prophet Samuel Ojie Ojie, founder of Dynamite Global Ministry, has hit back at social media critic VeryDarkMan (VDM) after facing criticism over his recent prophecy concerning Afrobeat superstar Wizkid. Earlier, Prophet Ojie had shared a vision of a “black cloud” and an impending danger surrounding Wizkid and his family. He urged the singer to get in touch with him within nine days, warning that the threat would come from an unexpected source. His message sparked a wave of reactions across social media.
In response, VDM dismissed the prophecy, calling Prophet Ojie a liar and referring to a previous prediction Ojie made about him in January 2024, which he claimed had not come true.
The controversy grew when Prophet Ojie posted a video addressing VDM directly. In it, he suggested that VDM either leave Nigeria or go into hiding for his safety, further intensifying the ongoing exchange. This has split opinions online, with some people supporting the prophet’s warning, while others sided with the critic’s skepticism.
Prophet Ojie defended his stance by sharing the video with a caption that read:
“WHEN A LIAR TRIES TO CORRECT A LIE, he ends up telling the truth. To Mr. @verydarkblackman, thanks for making the job easier for the Lord’s servant.”
Some social media reactions include:
