Nigerian singer Portable, whose real name is Habeeb Olalomi Badmus, has spoken out after the Ogun State police command declared him wanted over allegations of assaulting officials. Reports indicate that Portable is being pursued on charges of attempted murder, conspiracy, and other related crimes.
Following the announcement, the Zeh Nation boss took to his Instagram story to challenge the authorities, demanding proof of the alleged assault. Denying any wrongdoing, the Zazu crooner insisted he had never harmed anyone.
He warned that any harm done to him would have serious consequences, calling those targeting him “evil” and accusing them of trying to destroy his success. In another post, Portable expressed frustration, stating that he only visits places where he is valued.
In an emotional rant, he suggested that those after him should just “end his life” if their goal was to ruin everything he had built. As the situation unfolds, some individuals have come forward to plead on his behalf.
His first wife, Bewaji, urged the government to consider their children and show him mercy. Additionally, an American woman voiced her support, advocating for the reopening of Portable’s Odogwu Bar and calling for forgiveness.
