The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State has reaffirmed its commitment to the full actualization of President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and urged Nigerians to join hands with the efforts of the administration towards national development.
In a statement issued on Monday in Ibadan, APC Publicity Secretary Olawale Sadare reaffirmed that Tinubu’s style of governance is still tied to election promises, already serving as the foundation of his government’s performance strategy. The party called on citizens to be resolute and refrain from things that would halt the government in pursuit of economic growth, stability, and progress.
The statement also hailed the appointment of Oyo APC Chairman, Pharmacist Olayide Abas, as Board Chairman of the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Kaduna. Describing it as a demonstration of Tinubu’s readiness to work with capable hands, the party was hopeful that Abas would be able to make positive contributions to national development.
“President Tinubu was adequately prepared for the role of taking Nigeria to greater heights. His fearless policies and visionary reforms are solving long-standing socio-economic and political issues,” Sadare said.
APC Oyo also hailed Tinubu’s inclusive leadership and his willingness to work with stakeholders towards national development, terming his leadership as a prototype of thoughtful strategizing and democratic dedication.
The party expressed optimism of more federal appointments to Oyo State, based on its position as a hub of talents and patriotism.
