On Wednesday, January 22, gospel artist Moses Bliss held an emotional farewell event for Festizie and Chizie, two artists signed to his Spotlite Nation label. The duo is departing to begin their own solo music journeys after successfully completing their record deal with the label.
Moses, who recently welcomed a baby boy with his wife Marie, shared heartfelt words about the transition.
“It’s great to start, but nothing beats the joy of finishing and finishing well. THE BLESSING follows you in all you do,” he said.
Reflecting on their time together, Moses compared Festizie and Chizie to Aaron and Hur, biblical figures known for their unwavering support.
He acknowledged their loyalty and dedication, saying, “They have served their time faithfully and are worthy of double honor.”
Despite their departure, Moses emphasized that they remain part of the Spotlite Nation family.
“You both will always be family to me and @spotlitenation. We can’t wait to see all that the Lord is set to do in and through you.
We will always have your back, support you in every possible way, and partner with you in some way,” he added.
The farewell event featured touching moments, including Moses praying over the two artists and photos that captured his emotional send-off. Fans and colleagues took to social media to celebrate the occasion, praising Moses Bliss for his leadership and support.
One fan commented, “This is how you leave a record label with dignity, not sabotaging someone’s effort.”
Another wrote, “Congratulations, superstars! May God take you to higher, unimaginable heights.”
