Manchester United Aims for Financial Sustainability Amid £113.2 Million Loss

Manchester United CEO Omar Berrada has outlined the club’s commitment to financial sustainability following the release of their latest financial results, which revealed a loss of £113.2 million ($148.2m) for the year ending June 30. Despite recording a record revenue of £661.8 million, the increased investment in the squad contributed to the financial deficit.

The club has faced similar losses in recent years but remains focused on compliance with Premier League and UEFA financial regulations. Berrada emphasized a strategy centered on improving financial efficiency and on-pitch performance, with a renewed commitment to manager Erik ten Hag and ongoing investments in player signings.
