Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, reaffirmed his unwavering trust in God’s omnipotence to defeat adversaries of the state during a New Year’s crossover service at St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Opobo Town, in Opobo/Nkoro Local Government Area.
Leading the congregation in a worship song, Fubara declared, “At the mention of Your name, every knee shall bow; every tongue confess that You are Lord, You are King of Kings.” He described the lyrics as both a source of comfort and a rallying cry for the people to strengthen their faith in God as the ultimate guide toward triumph in 2025.
“The Red Biro is still filled. It is still here with me. Every plan of the enemy will continue to crash,” he declared, wishing the congregation and the state a prosperous New Year.
