Georgia Teen Healthcare Worker Charged for Twerking on Disabled Patient in TikTok Video

A 19-year-old healthcare worker from Georgia, Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, is facing felony charges after a disturbing TikTok video showed her twerking on a disabled patient’s head. Koiyan, who is from Loganville, was charged with exploitation after authorities were alerted to the video.

The footage shows her dressed in scrubs and a stethoscope, dancing inappropriately over a seated disabled man. The Loganville Police Department launched an investigation after the video went viral. In an official statement, they confirmed:

“On January 23, 2025, the Loganville Police Department was made aware of a ‘viral’ video posted to social media depicting a female dancing in a provocative manner above a disabled person.”

Police Chief Dick Lowry strongly condemned the act, calling it disgusting and exploitative.

“When I watched it, disgusted is the only word I know. He is disabled, and then making the video and posting it to social media for your benefit is the exploitation of that person.”
