Diddy Accuser Names Beyoncé, LeBron James as Potential Witnesses in Human Trafficking Case

Sean “Diddy” Combs is also facing new allegations of human trafficking while he awaits a federal trial. In a Florida civil complaint filed on April 1, Joseph Manzaro alleges, according to court documents secured by E! News, that he was “drugged, carried against his will, and sexually maimed as a victim of a coercive and organized criminal enterprise,” with Combs and other people’s help in 2015, and included celebrities such as Beyoncé, Jay-Z, and LeBron James as witnesses to the case. Combs has denied Manzaro’s allegations.

The complainant in his grievance complained that on April 2015, he fainted on perceiving a “greasy substance having the look of Vaseline” when he went towards the front door of his home, after which he claims to have been driven to another house where one acquaintance of Combs allegedly told him that the music mogul desired to have him dropped at a “Freak-Off” activity.

Manzaro griped in the lawsuit that he was “secretly transported” to the home of the music producer in a “hidden tunnel” purportedly associated with Gloria Estefan and Emilio Estefan’s Miami mansion. He alleges that “upon partial recovery of consciousness,” he “found himself in a large party area, upon information and belief” it being a birthday party for Combs’ then 17-year-old son Christian Combs. There, he alleges, he was forced on stage wearing a penis mask.

“Jay-Z and Beyoncé Knowles-Carter were in the room,” alleges the lawsuit, “and upon noticing [Manzaro], Beyoncé Knowles-Carter asked, ‘What’s this? What’s this about? Why is this half-naked white man with a [penis] mask standing before me?’ Manzaro asserts in the complaint that he was “forced to march through several rooms full of people who were insulting and jeering at him” and that Combs personally stated, “He’s gonna find out what we do to snitches tonight. Get him naked!”

Manzaro tells of being subsequently “sexually assaulted and compelled into involuntary sexual relations” until he allegedly passed out again. He further alleges in the document that he was discovered awake, on a couch in one of the small dark side rooms, and then was clothed and taken out of the house to another house, where he was “mercilessly beaten and left for dead.”

In a statement to E! News, Combs’ legal team characterized the complained-about complaint “demonstrates the depraved lengths to which plaintiffs will stoop in an effort to gain publicity in search of a fee. No person sober reading this complaint could attribute credence to this story. Mr. Combs looks forward to his day in court on which these lies—and the perversion of those giving them voice—will become apparent.”

Manzaro also complains in his lawsuit that the Estefans and James all witnessed him prior to entering Combs’ residence, with the lawsuit claiming that as he was “drug through the back entrance” of the couple’s mansion around 12:30 a.m., Gloria “panicked” at seeing his “deteriorated condition,” and exclaimed, “Call an ambulance!” But Manzaro asserts Emilio “silenced her quickly and escorted her away.” He also said that when LeBron came to meet him, the NBA player looked at him and said in response to Gloria’s ambulance idea, “Y’all better do something about that!”

But Jay-Z’s rep told us his client did not attend the alleged incident while in Florida. Moreover, James’ rep told the publication that the athlete played basketball with the Cleveland Cavaliers and never was in Miami when the alleged party was being held, and Gloria and Emilio’s rep told the publication that there were no parties thrown at their Miami home between 2012 and 2019.

As a result of the aforementioned party, Manzaro claims in the suit that he suffered catastrophic physical injuries, including severe internal injuries, permanent groin damage, s£xual maiming, and multiple inguinal hernias, and that they are well-documented by medical examinations by a urologist and surgeon.

In a 2024 federal complaint charging Combs with sex trafficking and other crimes, he was accused of using his companies to transport women and male sex workers to engage in filmed sex acts, or “Freak Offs.” Prosecutors allege his employees made the parties possible by booking hotel rooms and stocking them with drugs and baby oil and other lubricants. The record producer entered a plea of not guilty to the charges and remains in jail pending his May trial.
