Popular businessman Cubana Chief Priest has taken a jab at Burna Boy after a leaked audio featuring socialite Sophia Egbueje surfaced online. In the audio recordings, Sophia Egbueje expressed frustration over Burna Boy’s alleged failure to honor a promise he made to her.
She recounted how the Grammy-winning artist pursued a romantic relationship with her, convincing her to be intimate with him. As part of his persuasion, Burna Boy allegedly promised to gift her a Lamborghini worth 500 million naira.
However, after their encounter, he reportedly failed to deliver on his commitment. Reacting to the controversy, Cubana Chief Priest took to his Instagram story to mock Burna Boy, labeling his wealth as “audio money”—a term used to describe fake or exaggerated riches.
He called out the singer for making false promises, especially when he knew Sophia’s livelihood depended on such transactions.
