Big Brother Naija star Aderombi Adedayo Martin, popularly known as Deeone, has openly dared well-known online activist Verydarkman (VDM) to take him to court.
The drama started after Deeone appeared on Nedu’s Honest Bunch podcast, where he claimed that VDM is not part of the ‘straight’ community of men. His statement quickly went viral, sparking online debates.
In a new video, Deeone took full responsibility for his comments, stating that he was ready to defend them in court.
He even encouraged VDM to take legal action, boasting that he had enough evidence to back his claims.
However, he made one thing clear: If VDM wants to sue, the lawsuit must be no less than N10 billion, or he won’t accept it.
“I am fully ready for any conflict that might come,” Deeone declared.
VDM Responds: “I Won’t Sue or Involve the Police”
Reacting to the situation, VDM revealed that many people had urged him to sue Deeone for defamation.
However, he stated in a video posted on Tuesday, February 11, that he had no plans to take legal action or involve the police.
As expected, the internet had plenty to say:
@usteemusic: “Why not just move from 1 billion to 10 billion straight? 🤣 You don make me miss my neighbor’s fight.”
@adeoluolatomide: “Am I the only one who likes this guy??? So unbelievable!”
@amshadow: “Deeone Kai nau😂. Otunba stubborn😊 I never see who stubborn reach you before.”
