After Calling Dele Momodu ‘My Boy’ Years Ago, Davido Prostrates to Greet Him

Davido Adeleke, a leading Afrobeats artist, creates a stir when he prostrates to greet media mogul Dele Momodu, years after referring to him as’my son.’ Their history is distinguished by a conflict resulting from Dele Momodu’s support for Davido’s first child’s mother, Sophia Momodu.

Despite referencing their conflict in a song by alluding to him as “my boy,” Davido displayed respect during his visit to his uncle, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke.

The viral video depicts the singer meekly prostrating to greet Dele Momodu, sparking admiration for the obvious personal growth displayed by both individuals. Dele Momodu highlighted how enjoyable it was to spend time with the Adelekes by posting photos of Davido on Instagram.

“Today at The Penthouse has been full with love, joy, and fun. Massive thanks to The ADELEKEs and all of our pals who showed up last minute…,” he wrote.
